RECONNECT COACH | AUCKLAND
Sue knows and understands first-hand the challenges of balancing leadership with parenting and enjoys supporting women as they navigate their own career journey.
She completed her PhD while being a single parent and working full-time at an American university so she knows about the balancing act that many women manage. (However she doesn’t recommend you try this!) She is keen to share lessons learned and to inspire and equip women as they manage their way through the dual challenges of parenting and career development.
Sue’s style is creative and inspiring and she has a reputation for ‘keeping it real’. She loves working in ways that are highly engaging and that encourage and support women to set their own purpose and goals and find their motivation to achieve these.
I inspire and equip women as they manage their way through the dual challenges of parenting and career development.
Sue has held three Chief Executive roles in the business and not-for-profit sectors including as the Global Chief Executive of Kea - New Zealand’s global expatriate network. Her mentoring and facilitative style leverages her wealth of life and professional experience.
Sue’s particular interests are gender inclusion and growing the female talent pipeline. This involves working with organisations to change policies and practices as well as with aspiring female leaders to support and equip them to take their place at the leadership table.
